L'orario di check-out è tassativamente fissato per le ore 10.00 del giorno di partenza, in modo da garantire al successivo cliente in arrivo di usufruire di un alloggio pulito e ordinato.
È consigliabile non lasciare incustodito nessun oggetto o effetto di valore nelle camere, nei bagni o in qualsiasi altro ambiente comune della nostra struttura. Le camere non sono fornite di cassaforte o cassetta di sicurezza, per cui sarà vostra premura chiudere sempre la porta e le finestre prima di uscire.
Il B&B non è responsabile nel caso in cui si dovesse verificare qualsiasi situazione di smarrimento, di danneggiamento e/o di furto di oggetti lasciati incustoditi e non si assume nessun tipo di responsabilità per eventuali danni nei confronti di persone o di cose che vengano causati da terzi o che siano causati nei riguardi di terzi. Un eventuale danneggiamento della struttura del B&B o degli elementi di arredamento della stessa con responsabilità accertata da parte degli ospiti deve essere immediatamente comunicato e risarcito.
Per rispettare le regole igieniche, di sicurezza e per rispondere ad eventuali problematiche di salute di tutti i soggiornanti, nel nostro B&B non è consentito ospitare animali, è vietato utilizzare fornelli per la cottura di cibo nelle camere e tutti i nostri gentili ospiti sono pregati di non fumare negli ambienti della struttura e nelle camere.
Nel prezzo di soggiorno è compresa e garantita la pulizia ogni tre giorni della camera e del bagno, con cambio dei teli bagno. È cura e responsabilità degli ospiti gestire l'uso dei servizi igienici in modo corretto, evitando di utilizzare il WC in modo improprio al posto degli appositi cestini che sono comodamente forniti in ogni stanza da bagno. In caso si verifichi la necessità di effettuare una pulizia straordinaria degli ambienti o un cambio della biancheria straordinario, al cliente verrà addebitato un surplus sul prezzo pattuito.La prima colazione, da consumare presso il bar convenzionato, prevede un caffè o cappuccino ed una brioche o pasticciotto.
Nella camera non è consentito portare nessun tipo di cibo e raccomandiamo di spegnere le luci eventualmente accese e il climatizzatore ogni volta che si esce.
Il nostro B&B invita i gentili ospiti a seguire le norme del Regolamento stipulate secondo le indicazioni della Polizia Municipale per garantire a tutti di trascorrere un soggiorno in piena tranquillità. A questo scopo, le fasce orarie dalle ore 14.00 alle ore 16.00 e dalle ore 22.00 alle ore 8.00 vengono indicate come quelle dedicate alle ore di silenzio.
L'orario di uscita e di entrata dalla nostra struttura è completamente libero e garantito in piena autonomia dalla consegna della card di accesso. Sarà vostra cura non arrecare fastidio o disturbare il relax degli altri soggiornanti anche tenendo conto del fatto che non è consentito ricevere visite dall'esterno o ampliare il numero degli ospiti che sono sistemati nella camera. Il mancato rispetto di tale obbligo comporta la violazione dell’art. 614 del Codice Penale “Violazione di domicilio”.
La card di accesso dovrà essere riconsegnata il giorno della partenza. Nel caso in cui venga smarrita, al momento del check-out vi sarà addebitata la spesa relativa alla loro sostituzione, pari a Euro 50.
L’utilizzo del terrazzo è consentito solo se concordato preventivamente con lo staff e non potrà protrarsi oltre le ore 22.
INTERNAL RULES
Check-out time is strictly set for 10 a.m. on the day of departure to ensure that the next guest enjoys clean and tidy accommodation.
It is advisable not to leave any valuable items or effects unattended in the rooms, bathroom or any other common areas of our facility. Rooms are not equipped with safes, so it will be your care to always lock the door and windows before leaving.
The B&B is not responsible in the event of any situation of loss, damage and/or theft of items left unattended and assumes no liability whatsoever for any damage to persons or property caused by third parties. Any damage to the B&B facility or its furnishings must be reported immediately and compensated.
To comply with the rules of hygiene, safety and to respond to any health problems of all guests, pets are not allowed in our B&B, it is forbidden to use stoves for cooking food in the rooms, and all our kind guests are asked not to smoke in the rooms.
Included and guaranteed in the price of stay is cleaning every three days of the room and bathroom, with a change of bath towels. It is the care and responsibility of the guests to manage the use of the restrooms properly, avoiding improper use of the toilet instead of the appropriate baskets provided in each bathroom. For extraordinary room cleaning or an extraordinary linen change, the guest will be charged extra price.
Breakfast, to be eaten at the affiliated bar, includes a coffee or cappuccino and a brioche or pasticciotto.
No food is allowed in the room, and we recommend turning off the lights and the air conditioner whenever you leave.
Our B&B invites the kind guests to follow the rules of the Regulations stipulated according to the directions of the Municipal Police to ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful stay. For this purpose, the time slots from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. are dedicated to hours of silence.
The time of exit and entry from our facility is completely free and guaranteed in full autonomy by the delivery of the access card. It will be your care not to disturb the other sojourners also considering that it is not allowed to receive visitors from the outside or expand the number of guests who are accommodated in the room. Failure to comply with this obligation will result in a violation of Article 614 of the Criminal Code "Trespassing."
The access card must be returned on the day of departure. In case it is lost, you will be charged the fee related to their replacement, amounting to Euro 50, at the time of check-out.
Use of the terrace is allowed only if agreed in advance with the staff and may not extend beyond 10 pm.
